Meet Max Solomon

Max grew up in Franklin, TN, graduating from Franklin High School in 2015, he has seen the growth in Franklin and the surrounding towns of middle Tennessee. From running around as a child and teenager, to working here as a professional, he has seen it all. In and after high school, he worked on farms and ranches until he realized that there was a drive in him that was not being used to its fullest potential. However, he needed the skill set to use it effectively. So, he got his real estate license at 19 years old and never looked back. Being a Realtor has been an amazing journey he never could have foreseen. 

Starting out, he joined a top brokerage to learn from the top agents who where listing some of the best custom and luxury homes Nashville had to offer. In that time, he became determined to broaden his experience by stepping into opportunities to work directly with builders and dive into the world of custom homes. So he went to work for a builder. For the next 2 years, Max acquired knowledge on land development, building and renovation, quality homes, and. became equipped in handling set-backs, an irate neighbor or two, and more!

Now with the knowledge and appreciation of luxury and custom homes, Max felt the pull to move forward and transitioned to what he knows and loves: land, farms and ranches. As an agent who left new home construction to go into general real estate to start over, Max has gone straight up and once again, went to learn from the best in the business when it comes to land, ranches, farms and luxury property. 

With his brokerage office in the heart of Leipers Fork, he is right in the mecca of custom luxury homes in Franklin, along with luxury homes in communities or with acreage, land, and rural feeling community of Leipers Fork. Max also loves to work in Franklin, Thompsons Station, Spring Hill, Columbia and Nashville. Every transaction has its challenges, which Max meets head on so his clients don't have to.
